  • Sheraton Atlantic City Hotel and Conference Center is the conference hotel.
  • A block of rooms is reserved for conference attendees. This block will be held until 9 March 2011. After that date, the special room rates will remain in effect, but are subject to availability.
  • Meals at the hotel are discounted for attendees who register in the conference hotel.
  • The special room rates are in effect for several days before and after the conference 10-12 April 2011, so extend your stay for a vacation and to see the many local attractions.

Students?

  • Student members, who register prior to 14 March 2011, may attend this conference at no cost, subject to the details below.
    • Refundable deposit of $100 is required at time of registration.
    • Refund is provided by check at the conference when checking into the conference.
  • After 14 March 2011, registration for the conference is $100 for students.
  • Full time currently enrolled veterinary and veterinary technician students are eligible to attend.
  • Must provide proof of current, active, student status
  • Attend General Session or any portion of it free, if registration is submitted prior to 14 March 2011, otherwise registration fee of $100 applies.
  • Receive all General Session benefits 
  • Students may register for labs but must pay lab fee.

  • Online registration forms will be confirmed with email receipts
  • Written confirmation will be mailed several weeks before the conference and will confirm wet lab registration.
  • Credit card receipts will be mailed with written confirmation

Refund Information?

  • Refunds will be made automatically for wet labs that are full, if no alternative is selected.
  • Refund requests must be in writing and must be received before 14 March 2011.
  • Refund, less 25% cancellation fee, can be made until 14 March 2011
  • After 14 March 2011 no refund can be made, even for emergencies.
