During her senior year she did a preceptorship at the
National Zoo and an anatomical study
on the limbs of the California condor at the
San Diego Zoo.
From 1986-2000, Dr. Orosz taught avian and exotic animal
medicine and surgery at The University of Tennessee,
Knoxville. She maintains an adjunct professorship there.
